Each participant should arrange her/his own hotel reservation.

Please keep in mind that we are on the French Riviera... the sooner you make your reservations, the better it is, especially if you prefer to stay in Antibes!

In France, a customer who books a room is allowed to cancel (up to some specified deadline) without penalty. However, cancellation policies should be carefully read, since the general rule does not always apply to special packages or special offers, which may not be refundable.
